MFF: Bird-Themed Lace Pockets

Hello fellow bird lovers!

For this swap, you'll be creating 2 bird-themed lace pockets for your partner. You may use THIS tutorial as your guide.

Re the tutorial: for me, extending the lace beyond the edges and around to the back of the pocket, looks rough and unfinished. So . . . please either sew or glue your lace onto the paper front and do not extend the lace around the back of the pocket OR If you extend the lace around the back, please cover the back so those edges don't show.

Pockets should measure a minimum of 3"x5"--larger is fine.

Tina uses thick lace; you may use any size/thickness of lace you'd like to use, so long as it will hold something inside the pocket.

Please create your 2 pockets using a bird theme, either in the paper used or an embellishment on the front (or both), and include a flat, bird-themed paper image inside the pocket of each.
