Description:

PrairieKittin has invited me to host the international version of the Zentangle Twinchie Pass & Paste postcard swap.

International - You must have a reliable mail service and can generally expect international mail to arrive within 5 weeks.

If you have a Twinchie Postcard from a past swap, fill in one of the squares with tangles of your choice, add a message and names of tangles on the back of the postcard, then send it in an envelope to your partner.

If your partner started the card you've got, start a new postcard. Keep the other one for a future round.

If your partner didn't start the card but had already tangled a square on it, start a new postcard.

If you don't have one to pass on, start a new one.

Starting a new postcard:

Here's how to divide the front and back:

Cut cardstock to 4" by 6" (or use a blank purchased 4"x6" postcard). Divide the front into 6 sections with a pen or pencil, each section is 2" x 2". Tangle one section with tangle(s) of your choice, or prepare a 2"x2" tangle square and glue it on firmly. I like this method because you can prepare ahead when you are inspired to tangle.

Divide the back as you see in the image above.

Put your own name and address on the back so it can be mailed back to you when it's finished. Do not apply a postage stamp since it may end up in a different country.

Write your username and the date, and the name of the tangle used if you know it and it will fit, into the first little writing section.

Put it into an envelope and mail it to your partner.

When the card is full, add a stamp and mail it home. (No envelope--unless you really need to because the postcard is fragile in some way).
