Asian/ Oriental ATC

I'm curious: when are you not a newbie anymore? How many completed swaps would you consider a minimum?

As long as you were rated for 5 swaps (at least) and some of them ATC swaps, you can join us......

it is not rule , I just want to make sure swappers get quality swaps and ontime.....There are plenty time for you to join us ;-)

I just bought some Asian Influences clear stamps that has 8 different clear stamps: 3 different bamboo items, bldg, fan, Geisha girl, man & writing that I'll be trying out

Darida, I have just sent out my first ATC, but have done four other swaps and got good ratings. I would love to do this swap. My daughter's husband is Asian, his family had a tea ceremony for the ancestors, banquet after her traditional wedding. I also had a surrogate grandmother who was Chinese and several friends of Asian descent as you can tell love the Asian community.

finished my ATCs & made 1 for me to keep of course, I also ate at a wonderful Thai restaurant, Samui Thai Cuisine, the other day & had a Pan Noodle dish, Bah-mee, with egg noodles, chicken, bean sprouts, broccoli, carrots, cobbie corn, mushrooms, snow peas all in a sesame garlic dish, I photographed the inside of restaurant & my dish of food (going to make your mouth water) before I ate it and will be enclosing some photos with my swap

I am wondering if I may put a pic of me and my japaness pen pal at our wedding she brought me a cameo as a gist as was a garden wedding was 2 warm here in aussie 2 wear it out there she understood but I put it on 4 photo inside so would ladies mind if one of my partners get one of my and my friend as mine smiles Col

Craftycol, that is great experience, Pictures in addition to your ATC would be great , but not instead of ATC.

anyway if you incorporate images into your ATC that would probably work...as long as it is obveous Asian theme ATC.

If you not sure about it please contact your partners and make sure they are ok with it, to avoid low rating.

This swap is for regular ATC not picture or any other kinds of atc.
