Can these be handmade postcards?

I was originally thinking of store-bought for this swap BUT...

I will allow handmade cards as well only if:

AND

they are tasteful, of good quality and will not fall apart in the post.

Please also make sure if you are including any 3D elements (even ribbon) that you make sure the right amount of postage is paid. Please also make sure that you include part 2 of the swap if hand-making your cards.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm coming down all harsh-like. I am just trying to make the expectations clear so everyone receives some great cards :)

P.s. This doesn't mean that everyone else now has to do hand-made cards but it is an option.
