Send 1 postcard to your 1 partner that has a flag on it, this flag must be representing a country or state - not just some random flag. Please refer to the picture that I have posted to get an idea. Send naked - written & stamped. No handmade / ad cards, please - Storebought Only! The postcard you send does NOT have to be of your country, or your state. I will be checking profiles so: Don't join if you're a newbie without a WELL FILLED out profile. No 1's of 3's within the last few months; unless you email me & explain them as well as responded to the rating. Will not email you & ask you about them you have to email me. No outstanding swaps & if you have 1's that have not been made up but can be - I will ban you. Signing up for this swap you are promising to: Not advertise using this swap. To COMMUNICATE with your partner if you do not recieve BEFORE leaving a bad rating . To actually send your postcard & not be a flaker.

I would guess that if state flags are ok, then provincial flags should be too. (";)

Ad cards are those with advertising on them - given out free by businesses.
