I love crafting, baking, traveling, my dogs who are both certified therapy dogs, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the University of Oklahoma Sooners, watching/playing sports, higher education, spending time with my family, teaching, learning, and writing hand-written letters.

I work at a community college and am very passionate about education and encouraging life-long learning. My mom and I also co-own a small shop in Okemah, Oklahoma called All My Love. We sell fabric, notions, crafts, home decor, and used furniture.

I am very active in my community and one of the ways I volunteer is through a certified therapy dog program. My dogs, Brady and Parker, visit assisted living centers, retirement homes, college campuses during finals week, events, and wherever we are asked to do. Parker and I are the new Reading to Dogs program therapy team in our local library. I love animals of any kind and have rescued many dogs and cats, plus a donkey, a turtle, and goats.

I love organization and think the world in general needs more of it. I love writing things down and can never seem to find the perfect planner for my life. Since I am out of school now, I have decided to make my own 2015 planner and am very excited to see how it turns out and to put all of the things I love into it!

I love crafts of all kinds. I am not artistic, but I am creative. I love making things and gifting them. Magnets, photo albums, Oklahoma-shaped signs, photo clips, candy jars, anything really.

I love hand-written cards and have a great supply of cute cards and envelopes. I love washi tape and everything I can do with it. Oklahoma-themed/state pride items are fabulous and I have a ton of Oklahoma stuff.

I love reading and am glad to be done with my Masters degree because now I have time to read for fun and not just school.

I love Gillian Flynn and have read all of her books. Nicholas Sparks as well. Jodi Picoult is another favorite of mine. I fall for a great love story novel very easily. I have also started reading the Game of Thrones series because I am a fan of the show.

I also enjoy suspense and mystery books, but I don't have a favorite author. If you have a good recommendation, please let me know!

I watch television probably too much, but I love a good show. I don't like comedies. I enjoy serious and dramatic shows.

Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, The Good Wife, ER, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, The Wire, Sons of Anarchy, Nashville, Chicago Fire, Law & Order SVU, Friday Night Lights, and the list goes on and on.

I like an assortment of movies and will try anything out. Just a few favorites:

Documentaries, dramas, biographies, etc. Some comedies. I don't like Will Ferrell at all.
