My favorite color is purple. I collect hippos and fairies. I love my two kitties. I read alot.

I'm a True Blood fan. I was lucky and met Sam Trammel and his parents last Halloween at a fund raiser. He grew up in Charleston. So did Jennifer Garner, but I haven't met her since she became famouse. I'm sure I have met her though.

I watch a lot of DVD's cause I don't have cable. I also watch shows on the computer..... Castle, The Gates, Bones, Gray's Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters, Private Practice.

Favorite Movies????? there are too many to name.

All time favorite: Gone with the Wind Recent: Harry Potters and Twilight Series.

Now that I have done a few swaps, I want to say this is so much fun. I love going to the mailbox and seeing what treasures have arrived. I like it when people tell me what part of the swap I sent them they liked. I try to make comments on everything I get. I like mixing componenets from different swaps together to create something beautiful. Thanks to you all.

I have two things affecting my life right now. First, my computer is down, so I may be slow getting things posted online. I am at the mercy of the computer at work and one of my friends computer.

Second, Saturday, October 30, my 83 year old mother was put in the hospital. I'm running between work and the hospital so getting to the computer and the post office has become more difficult. Mom is starting to respond to treatment, but at 83 things are always complicated. Thank you for being understanding.

Thank you to all who sent there best to my mom and me. It is always good to hear from friends during trying times.

She returned to the nursing home and was rushed back to the hospital two days later. At her age, all they can do is make her comfortable.

Today I went to the Post office and picked up the mail for the first time in four days. Many treasures were awaiting me. Thank you all.

My mother is back at the nursing home and happy to be with her friends. Life is slowly getting back to normal. Again I want to thank you all for your support.
