I live in Texas and work in semiconductor manufacturing. I'm originally from South Florida and love bright colors and the sunshine! Hmm what else? I'm left handed and proud, hahah. I've also been on this site since 2009! Hey homies!!!
I'm pretty quirky, creative, and silly and I love to make others laugh. I am Jewish by birth, Christian by faith; I get my joy and love from God and I want to pass it on to you and whoever I swap with.
Fun Facts: I have a BFA degree in Ceramics, I love the outdoors, and I'm very organized. Oh, I also like to photograph things (there's a link above to my royalty-free photos if you want to use any for your swaps, blogs, etc). I definitely am guilty of decorating envelopes like a crazy lady, so don't say I didn't warn ya!
I'm autistic, and I prefer the infinity sign instead of the puzzle piece to represent me. I am also prosopagnosic (face blind) and have trouble recognizing people who are out of context, who I don't see frequently, or who I haven't known very long. Face blindness is more common than you think! I wrote an article about it here if you want to learn more.
Anyway I hope you enjoy reading my haphazard compilation of a profile. (:

RATINGS: People are imperfect; we all make mistakes, arrive places late, and mess up swaps occasionally. Swap-bot is meant to be a fun, non-stressful community. So before rating a 3 or a 1, put yourself in their shoes, and ask yourself if rating them low is really the right choice (and if it is, then rate accordingly).
GENERAL: Ask yourself what you would expect from a fellow swapper if you were in their situation. Always message someone before rating if you have an issue. Practice the courtesy that you want other swappers to practice. Remember that your rating will be on their profile forever, affecting all aspects of their swapping.
MAIL: If I say I sent an item out on a Sunday, that means it is in the mail and will be shipped the following Monday.
PLEDGE: I will always rate for every swap, and I will put my best effort into everything I send out. If you ever feel like I should receive a 3 or a 1, please message me before rating, and I will be glad to work it out with you. If I don't send something then I'm either sick, injured, or dead. Lol check the obituaries!

Hi Rebecca :-) I found your profile to be very informative. I like that you are using the infinity symbol - that makes so much more sense than the puzzle piece, I think. I appreciate your take on swapping - I also like to begin with the assumption that we are all imperfect beings doing our best. May you have a lovely day!
A BFA in Ceramics sounds so cool!! Also, I adored The Good Place; were you sad/happy that it ended? I liked the ending but I am always sad when shows I like finish.
I used to take photos a lot YEARS AGO but not so much anymore. I checked out your photos and they are just so stunning!
Anyway, I hope you have a great week :)

Woops, that picture's too big. It's supposed to be a an old vintage postcard of a cat laying on a bed. :) My bad.

I really enjoyed reading your profile. You sound like a lot of fun! This is my favorite Bible Verse. My son even has it tattooed on his arm. “be strong and courageous for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9. Have a great day!!!
