Hello (◍•ᴗ•◍) to all who may read this!!
As you may guess from my SB name... I ❤ love pandas 🐼 and I used to collect anything stationary/craft related to pandas. My IG account is even panda related ... see link above. The panda interest all started when I chose "Panda" as my camp counselor name from Girl Scouts a few years ago and it has stuck.
I am 50 years old. I'm married and have a daughter who is a young adult is now attending college. I work full time in the public schools as a therapist for children with special needs. My husband is an over the road truck driver.
SWAPPING📌 Where will I swap -- Is Antarctica too far?? Yes, I am willing to swap internationally.
INCOMING SWAPS-- I try to rate within 24 hours of receiving swaps. If I haven't rated and you have sent... please send me a message and I will double check my log. I am a patient swapper and realize things get returned, lost and otherwise stuck in the various postal service systems of the world. Also, I realize life happens and delays happen from time to time. Just send me a message and all will be well. I will always contact others before rating anything other than a 5, but thankfully that has been a rare occurrence. 💙 Anything sent with effort and friendship in mind is appreciated. (◍•ᴗ•◍) 💙
OUTGOING SWAPS-- PLEASE send me a message if you don't receive a swap from me. I'm happy to resend if something goes amiss. I do mark sent on the day the item goes into my mailbox. May be picked up by the post office the next day or two days later if there's a holiday. I do try to send out my swaps to the recipients as the partners are posted if they are non-profile based and days before the mail out deadline is they are profile based. If you receive something that isn't your taste and it's a non-profile based swap... kindly just pass on to the next person.
PRIVATE SWAPS 📌 Are you interested in swapping something I have on my ABC likes list? Are you new to Swapbot and need to build up your ratings and want to do a simple swap? Just message me and maybe we can agree on a snail mail swap and I can set up the private swap. (I'm not interested in email, bling your profile type swaps at the moment).
CRAFTING HISTORY 📌 I've put together personal scrapbooks for the last 20 years... and used to have many many snail mail pen pals. I make, write in and decorate my own handmade journals now. I have a love of stationary and stickers that spans my life since grade school. I also am a novice crocheter and I love most crafts that require paper... flip books, junk journals. ephemera etc.
HOT TOPICS 📌 I am an open minded, but not easily swayed individual. I am a straight, Christian (spiritual but not religious. Raised Catholic), politically unconservative woman that is also Asian-American and that lives in the USA/Mexico border. I am proud to be a LGBTQIA2S+ Ally. Nice is nice and I truly believe that variety makes the world an interesting place. 👍🏼♥️ Love is love. 🌈 Be kind to ALL.
I am strong in my beliefs but enjoy other points of view and respectful debate. If your interests, age group, culture, race and/or lifestyle are different then mine that's a BONUS to me. I have many close friends that live different than I do and I love learning about new people, their cultures and differing points of view.
Zero tolerance for racism, misogynic, hate or other views that limit entire groups of people from society. Our differences are our strength. There really is room for ALL at the table.
Likes: 💗See ABC likes list below
Dislikes: 👎🏼Themes as follows: Mushrooms (but most nature/woodland is great); cats; snakes; tarot, witches, magic, clown or political items. 👎🏼I'm not a fan of yellow... especially neon/bright yellows. Touches of yellow are fine. 👎🏼Items that smell of smoke. 👎🏼Please don't send loose glitter or sequins. It gets all over my area/crafts and my fluffy pets.
I like upbeat and thought provoking music from just about any genre/language. Favorites are country, rock, pop, music from musicals (Hamilton, The Greatest Showman, Guys and Dolls; Mama Mia, Moana) and Christian music.
I love ❤❤❤ to swap playlists as listening to new music can be great fun. I'm currently really into Fall Out Boy, Andy Grammer (going to see him in March 2025!), Teddy Swims and fellow Filipino American Olivia Rodrigo!
I listen to audio books when I doing chores or exercising. Recommendations are appreciated. Recent favorite books include: Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey, The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klume and Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus.
I collect and use cookbooks: Skinnytaste Air Fryer, Hungry Girl Simply 6; Pioneer Woman, 5 Ingredient Semi-Homemade and The Hell's Kitchen Cookbook are my favorites.
Reality shows (Survivor; Amazing Race; Top Chef; Love Island USA/UK/Australia; 90 Day Fiancé, Traitors, Love is Blind), dramas related to medicine (Grey's Anatomy, Station 19, New Amsterdam, The Good Doctor) and other types of series (Downton Abbey; Call the Midwife; Virgin River, Bridgerton).
Does YouTube count as television? I love listening/watching others craft while I'm crafting. I enjoy following along with the tutorials... But also to just have the videos on in the background. My crafting favorites include: megsjournals, Sevenplaza, Camelia Crafts Designs, 49dragonflies, Luise Heinzl, Amity Bloom, ShanoukiArt, Treasure Books and Ceri the Crafter.

I grew up in Illinois. Went to college in Iowa. Lived in New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Arizona after graduation prior to moving to Texas.
When I have breaks from my job in the schools I love 💟 to travel. We own a small motorhome and love to get out on the open road whenever we have a chance. While we have a loose agenda, I love it that we rarely make reservations and usually just go where we want to on the spur of the moment. I dream of doing the same when we retire. (fingers crossed I'll retire in 2036). Our class B RV has solar and we "boondock" most days so we rarely need campground reservations and it's small enough that I do share in the driving.
I've been all over the United States including Alaska. Some of my favorite US destinations include: Seattle (we eloped there!) Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yellowstone National Park, Big Sur California, Chicago and New Orleans.
Internationally I've visited: Barcelona, Spain; London, England; Mexico, Canada, Jamaica and the Philippines. I dream of visiting Japan, Australia, the Galapagos Islands and Italy.
💟 I do eat meat, but eat vegetarian many days a week and try to eat primarily plant based as well.
💟 I believe the more active I am... the longer I will stay active as I age. I love to hike as well as I enjoy VR Cardio games (Supernatural) and I'm active on StepBet.
