My name is Tina and I live in the Pacific Northwest—near Walla Walla, Washington on the Washington/Oregon border. I live with my husband and our two cats. I’m almost an empty nester—my youngest is 16 as of 2019 (made it through two teenagers, just one more to go! I think I can do it!). I also have two grandchildren who I get to spend time with regularly. As of 2019, one is a girl, age 8 and the other is a boy, age 4.
I’m a girl boss and love it! I was promoted in 2018 and I’ll never go back. I’m a born bossy-pants😉 In addition to working full time, I’m currently working on my bachelor’s degree and should be done by summer of 2019. I hope to continue on to earn my masters. I dearly love crafting but because I have limited time, I thought swaps would work out perfectly in that there are a lot to choose from that are not super involved. This way I can explore my creative side in smaller ways (rather than the large projects I used to tackle before starting school) and meet cool folks in the process. Sometimes I have the urge to craft but so little time, I’ll just color in one of my grandkids’ coloring books to scratch that itch😊

I’ve dabbled in a lot of different crafts but I always come back to paper crafting. Usually mini albums but I do a lot of other little projects, usually with the help of my Silhouette which I really enjoy using.
I also like using planners but I’m pretty fickle, I switch planners every few months. Currently, I’m using a plain old wire-bound notebook but I still enjoy decorating the pages with stickers and washi.

I like a lot of old stuff –60’s through the 80’s. I also really love Neil Diamond. If I’m in the car driving, I usually just listen to the local pop station.

I enjoy fantasy movies like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit to name a few. I also really like scary movies—the scarier the better. I don’t really like gory movies although I am partial to a good zombie movie and the original Halloween is one of my favorite. My favorite movie of all time is The Shining. I’ve seen that movie so many times I can’t even count. I also enjoy a good disaster or end-of-the-world flick. The cheesier, the better (one of my favorites is The Towering Inferno). I also like mob movies—Godfather II is my fav but also Goodfellas.

For tv, Game of Thrones –LOVE IT. There isn’t a single thing about that show that I don’t like. I also really love The Office, specifically Dwight Schrute and Michael Scott. I’ve been watching Parks & Rec and really gravitate toward Ron Swanson. So funny!
