UPDATE: Got out of hospital and am finally healthy again...

Helloo!

My name is Franziska and I'm a third year English student from Finland :) I absolutely love writing letters and doing all kinds of crafts, so when one of my penpals told me about this site, I decided to join immediately! It really seems wonderful ^___^

I am hoping that all the drawing and crafting and writing that I'll be doing for swaps will help me get my stress levels a bit down too, since I am writing my BA thesis this year! :D

I really love all kinds of music - everything from classical through jazz to hardcore punk. I suppose mostly I listen to different types of rock music, but it really depends on the mood I'm in...

Some of my favourites are Voltaire, Skarpretter, Mari Boine and Tchaikovsky.

Huge fan of southern gothic, especially William Faulkner. But I also really enjoy Oscar Wilde, Johnathan Swift, Lewis Carroll, Tolkien, Jules Verne and Frank McCourt.

I also read WAY too much Donald Duck xD

Stargate, absolutely. Huge huge SG fan.

Also I watch a lot of british comedy (older stuff, not this americanised 'office' -type stuff...) and crime series.

Apart from drawing I really enjoy knitting, because it's so useful. I have a big thing for scrapping though I hardly ever do it anymore (except for my recipe book

I love bright colours, vintage dresses, animals and nature. I would love to live on a farm and I'm always getting bored to my haircolour so I change of often. I love the colour red. And I think Scotland is absolutely beautiful.
