Shay-Nuh. That is me. A 50-ish year old who is a closet writer and would like to be famous someday for writing books. To make money I work nights as an RN. I would much rather win the lottery. I like to draw and read, make scrapbooks, paper stuff and jewellery and sit at the beach, listening to the waves. I like history, genealogy, photography, cooking and hiking. I am new Witch. I regularly ride my bike to work- slowly!! We have 2 dogs and a bearded dragon. I am a Red Hatter and Girl Guide Leader. My hubby and I found a couple new hobbies: geocaching and re-finishing furniture. I spend far too much time on the computer!! I am organized and neat. And don't like talking about myself.

Music- 80s New Wave all the way!

My Favourite Things- My daughter, My Guy, 80s music, unicorns, dragonflies, photography, crafts, writing, Halloween, witchy items, water, boating, scrapbooking, journalling, "A Christmas Story," "The Wizard of Oz," reading, the beach, gardening, Star Trek, the colours black, Turquoise, orange and purple, people-watching, vanilla, lavender, irises, Summer, chocolate, sunsets!! I love Halloween and Christmas and my favourite season is Fall.

I like journals- smash/junk -and anything that can be put in them-especially travel themed and vintage things- vintage ephemera, old maps, travel stubs, old documents, vintage postcards. I like anything with a 'witch' theme. I like decorated envelopes, anything with dragonflies or unicorns on it. I am just starting to do ATC so we shall see how that turns out. I make jewellery, key chains and purse charms with little silver charms! I love pretty scrapbook papers- mostly vintage style, not so much flowers. I make greeting cards so I like stickers or anything that I can add to them. I am a 'less is more' person for most things!
