I live in Longmont, CO with my husband and our 11 year old daughter. I am 32 years old and I'm a proud hula hooper. My great grandmother taught me to sew buttons when I was 4. I have been actively creative with other things and sewing by hand ever since1! 10 years ago I got my first sewing machine. I love it. We got a huge surprise and I am due to have another little girl on December 25th. So I am Preggo at the moment.

I've really really been wanting a handmade doll for my daughter because I can't seem to do it to my standards.

My favorite colors are purple and green. but not necessarily dark purple and emerald green, I like variation. also I'm a pretty big fan of most every other color as well. but I am kind of shy about prints for things that I'm going to wear.... just not very brave :-)

I've recently been into makeup and nail polish escpecially gel nailpolish

I'm not very big on fragrances. I can tolerate fragrances like: butter (coacoa shae etc), honey, Nuts (ie almond), milk. but i do ove essential oils so fe free to send them!

If it has a strong fragrance its a definite no, but I can handle milder ones, PM me if your worried about it

I HATE PEACH fragrance, flavor, Doesnt matter it makes me wat to throw up.

I love crafting. I have played with needle felting, crocheting, painting etc. sewing everything from stuffies to purses. Most recently I have been doing paper crafts. Need more rubber stamps! Started making burned flowers. Getting into beading. Would love scrap synthetic fabrics (like interfacings) for burning and beatiful beads/buttons for embellishing. Also jewelry findings would be appreciated. I absolutely adore working with alcohol inks and watercolor brush pens. And I would LOVE to see your art.

I'm a vampire fanatic. I love reading anything about vampires. I'm a very fast reader, once I start a book I can't put it down until it's finished I'm also a book fanatic, I love all sorts of genres. paranormal romance, science fiction, mystery etc etc etc. however I'm not big on nonfiction. once in a while i like a biography, but usually I'm a fiction kinda girl.

Right now I'm into: Heroes, Lost, Flash forward, Fringe, Dollhouse (got canceled LAME). True Blood, Warehouse 13, Alphas, game of thrones, once upon a time

and many more that are not as good

Brian, my husband, is a web developer. He's really very special and wonderful and I cannot say how much he means to me. He is into games, like board games but not the traditional ones. He's one of those Mac fanatics :-). He's into some traditional geek things like star wars and old school nintendo. He loves that I make bento lunches for him. He has recently gotten into making pancakes (inspired by Jim's Pancakes blog). Brian is a total movie buff and loves Kevin smith. His favorite candy is straight up dark chocolate, no nuts, no nothin, just chocolate. Did I mention that I think he's awesome?

My daughter Lillia is 11 years old. She is a budding writer who Loves the Warrior Cats book series. She loves crafts. Her favorite colors are blue and rainbow (she recently told me she likes girls and has also been into lesbian pride stuff). She collects buttons and elongated pennies and beanie boos. She loves all animals but especially cats and horses. She rocks.

Yara (due on December 25th) is going to be another little girl!

My kitties are named Tonks and Lola and Fester. They like playing with the laser pointer and sleeping in the sun. lola lovves fishy stuff and catnip, tonks hates both, Fester is just all about the sink water.
