I'm a 34 year old married mother of 1. I'm a computer geek, a wanna-be photographer and I wish I was crafty. I'm a hair dummy with shampoo issues. I'm a belly dancer, a cellist, a pianist and a scrapbooker. My son is an actor, r/c car racer, pianist, trumpet player and brainiac. I'm liberal and a Christian, currently backsliding and churchless. :) I vote and think you should too. I support charity when I can and when I believe in the cause.

I listen to anything but country pretty much. I've always been a big fan of Tom Petty and REM. Been listening to a lot of Phish, Silversun Pickups and Cage the Elephant lately. Loving some White Stripes, Black Keys and my new subscription to Sirius!

The original Clash of the Titans is my all time favorite. I like Lord of the Rings, Disney flix, Tyler Perry and Quinton Tarantino.

True Blood, Big Love, Vampire Diaries, Weeds, The Daily Show, the Colbert Report, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Brothers & Sisters, South Park, all the Law & Order shows, Days of our Lives, court shows and way way way too much other stuff. I'm sure my brain is mush. I know I watch too much tv but, you know....so does everyone pretty much.

scrapbooking, stamping, atc's and I'll pretty much try anything else at least once. I've knitted, cross stitched, beaded, made dream catchers, done collage with found objects, reconstructed a skirt and shirt...only one because I'm not so good with a sewing machine. Like I said, I'll try anything once and I am very open to new techniques and willing to learn.

Just in case I ever sign up for one of those random swaps where you need to know this, some things I would like to have are:

random books with pretty covers and intriguing titles (I LOVE to judge a book by its cover and have found many interesting books this way.)

belly dance stuff - jewelry, scarves, twirly hippie skirts, tee's, stickers.

postcards from all over because my son collects them

and I'm sure I'll think of some other stuff later.

I enjoy the Southern Vampire series by Charlaine Harris. I'm not really reading much lately for some reason. I love to judge a book by its cover and have found some really interesting reads that way. I also enjoy thrift store finds with inscriptions.
