"Last online: June 25, 2013" untill yesterday oh wow. o_____O My getting-back-to-business-09/12 didn't go too well since life happened to happen RIGHT at that time and not in a very good way. Now I need some inspiration and a way to be more active in the arts and crafts I've enjoyed so much, and Swap-bot is the perfect place for that. Trying to start in a very slow and small scale way (NOTE TO SELF GAHH) again.(Jan.15.2017)

i tend to be the swapper who sends on the very deadline day, and sometimes i've been a couple of days late (i try to PM my partners about it on time). But I'm not a flaker and not planning on becoming one; I'm just often a bit slow with my stuff. this applies to maaany things in my life, not just swaps and mail; time management is not my forte and i've always been the deadline girl.

the hearts are weird. please don't send me "extras" just in the hope of a heart; i try to give hearts by the feeling i get from the swap itself. If you genuinely want to send me something extra, it's fine (i love ephemera and knick-knacks he), but you shouldn't feel offended if i don't give a heart anyway. I think leaving a comment is a better way of telling what you think about the swap. so hearts, for me, ARE the extras, not FOR the extras.

I'm 33 years old multicellular organism from Finland.

I study biomedical laboratory science, only part time at the moment though, since my long-term partner, the clinical depression, is acting out again and I'm trying to get it back in control.

I used to work in an after-school club for 1st and 2nd graders, so my days consisted of lots of noise, stress, dumb jokes and messing around. I dig kids but I won't be having any of my own; the role of a part-time educator suits me better. ;)

I'm open-minded, sarcastic and laugh at stupid jokes. puns, SELF-irony and oh those good ol' poo and fart jokes.. I'm not easily offended and enjoy many things some might find a bit obscene or bizarre (but also respect the beliefs and views of others, so don't worry).

plus i'm a dork for often not using capital letters as i write on computer. too lazy for that, sorry.

i love nature and all kinds of animals. i have an especially soft spot for insects, molluscs and other creepy crawlies!

I have Madagascar hissing cockroaches and I used to have 5 african land snails as pets, they were adorable and interesting, believe me. I've also had a praying mantis, indian stick insects and field crickets. i'd LOVE to have a giant millipede one day. i'm dreaming of an aquarium with apple snails. and triops!
