• Hiya, my name is Alina, but I go by "Frowne" (pronounced "frown").

• I am Russian girl born in Latvia, currently residing in California. I am fluent in English, Russian, Latvian and speak some Japanese.

• I am a costume designer and a visual artist and I love cute and adorable things, as well as punk and dark things (depending on my mood).

• Lately, I have been getting into Filofax (A5 size) decoration. I am trying to organize my life, and making it cuter and using it as an art journal makes me a happy camper. If you share my love for Filofax (or faux Filo or whatever organizer you use), let's be friends!

• Another addition to my family is a Midori Traveler's Notebook. I have a brown one in the original size. Since I am just starting to set it up, I would love to swap for some inserts (the ones I'd love are listed down in my wishlist)

• I love to making things. I love handmade things and I love getting new inspiration for things to make.

• I love receiving packages as much as I enjoy sending them. There is nothing more exciting for me than to wake up to a package in my mailbox. I love letters as well, so if you would like to be penpals, let me know - I always reply to letters and enjoy reading them as well.

• I love drawing, reading and watching things. Aside from costuming, I am also training in makeup artistry, so I am always looking for new products to try out.

• My clothing size is XS/S, but please don't send me pants. It's so hard to find the right pair even if you have the right size. If you have any cute shirts or T-shirts or tops, I adore those.

• I like decorating the envelopes I send and I always use some interesting stationary or at least something of that sort. If you would like to do the same, I would be oh, so happy ^_^

• Whenever I go out, I like to pick up quite a few adorable things, so I always have plenty of things to send out, and I never stop getting more - it's a silly addiction of mine.

• I have a blog, so feel free to follow me. If you want me to follow your blog as well, let me know - I would be glad to. Especially if we swapped ;D

• I do swap internationally, but I prefer to swap with larger countries (US, Canada, UK, Japan). If you are somewhere else, do let me know and I will most likely make an exception. Do not be offended if I decline, though. It is really nothing against you, but post office makes things expensive and/or difficult to ship to some countries (I would know - just sending care packages back to my family in Latvia is such a gamble of whether they will get it) >.<

• I am all about communication. If there is a problem with sending out a package to me, please let me know. I like keeping track of things and being on time, but I also understand that there are things that can be out of our control. Communication is the key - let me know if you need more time or something is up and we can hold the swap or see what other agreement we can come to.
