I just want to let all of my swap partners know I am working really hard to solve the issue with my packages. Many of them are being held for criminal investigation by my local post office. Since I have not committed any crimes I believe the issue will be resolved shortly now that I am aware of it. In the meantime I am doing my very best to resend packages to those of you whose swaps are being held. Thank you for all of the kind thoughts. I love our Swap-Bot community.

I love all things vintage. I especially love Mid-Century modern designs. I am a struggling knitter. I love playing with natural fibers. I can felt-both needle and wet. I sew a lot. I have been creating wood toys for a couple of years now. I have fun dying all sorts of stuff. I love upcycling. I grow stuff and cook lots of wonderful stuff. I am not afraid to try anything. I am a facepainter/clown. Playing with texture, color and design is so much fun. Interior design--on the cheap--is another crafty hobby of mine.

I am a wonderful woman, wife, mother, grandmother, joey clown, gardener, dreamer, writer, friend, DIYer, fiber lover, crafter and want-to-be homesteader trying to live life on purpose. I hope to have fun and meet new people on Swap-Bot. I have a dog and a cat so please let me know if you have allergies and I will create your swap box in my studio where my pets are forbidden.

Things I would love to have in a swap box: Water color, nature, gnome, vintage or fairy postcards, coffee mugs with straight sides and state or province on them, old jeans--huge braided rug project, onion skins-just the dry crunchy part for dying, anything vintage, dark chocolate, tried and true from scratch recipes that freeze well, natural fiber fabric & yarn scraps like cotton, wool, silk, etc.. , acorns, acorn caps, unusual rocks, sea shells, oak or maple leaves and other found natural objects, bits of wool or roving, old wool sweaters, mermaids, clowns, unicorns, fairies, gnomes, knights, dragons and other mythical creatures, a local made treat from your neck of the woods, beeswax candles or beeswax, interesting napkin rings--one is better than a set, walnut hulls--dying again, Black tea--for drinking not dying scrabble tiles wood beads organic and heirloom seeds Anything you would like to share!!!
