My husband and I have been married 48 yrs.and we have two grown daughters and four grandchildren (our joy). We are retired, When I worked, I was an Administrative Assisstant. Lots of free time is the reason I began making my own greeting cards. I enjoyed handcrafting cards. A friend suggested that I might enjoy making ATC's and I really love it. I enjoy reading mysteries and historical fiction. I like to do crossword puzzles in my free time. I am interested in Interior Decorating. I love pretty fabrics and trims.

I am told I am a very good cook and love cooking my families favorites.

My favorite music is "The Theme from Mash". My favorite song is "Perhaps Love" by Placido Domingo & the late John Denver. My favorite hymn is "Amazing Grace" for I am a sinner saved by the grace of a loving God!

My favorite movies are;You've Got Mail", Singing in the Rain", and"Pretty Woman",My favorite Musical is "The King and I".

My favorite authors are: Mary Higgins Clark, David Baldacci, Nelson DeMille, LuAnne Rice. Tim Hansel and Nicholas Sparks. My favorite books are: Split Second, The Help, Message In A Bottle. Cold Mountain ,You Gotta Keep Dancin'.,Jackdaws

I like butterflies, lighthouses, the fabulous 50's,traveling, seashells,unique buttons, beautiful ribbons and trims, vintage childrens photos,. My favorite colors are blues,lavenders,greens and reds. Don't like browns, or dark golds. I make ATC's. Greeting cards, Bookmarks, postcards. I once did crewel emb. and swedish weaving. but a severe stroke in 1992 left me with very limited use in the left side of my body. It takes me a good deal of time to make crafts because of this handicap, but it is well worth the effort. It fills the long hours spent in a wheelchair. Crafting is so fulfilling!
