Mom of 3 boys, one home with me and 2 away at boarding school. We live in a rural area. It's at least 45 minutes to any good shopping, so swaps have to do it for me! I love flowers and gardening. I drink lots of tea. I like sea green and blue shades like in sea glass. Vintage linens and jewelry make me happy.

I like all types of music. My favorite radio stations are WXPN out of Philadelphia and Folk Alley. I will always buy new music from James Taylor, Aimee Mann, Rosie Thomas, The Weepies, Ryan Adams, Andrew Bird. I love to see Broadway (to my city) shows and then get hold of the soundtrack and sing along. We can't get enough of HAIRSPRAY right now.

I like silly, craft themed mysteries as well as bestseller fiction. I love to look at craft books and magazines. I swap books on paperback swap.

Bones, Chuck, 30 Rock, The Office are my favorite tv shows. I love classic movies and spy thrillers. I am trying to watch all the seasons of Alias and MI5. Audrey Hepburn is my favorite actress. I can't get enough of her movies.

I have tried my hand at many different crafts. I am sort ADHD when it comes to crafts...I will do one thing endlessly and then switch to something new. Currently I am knitting socks. I have fallen in love with the new fabric designers like Amy Butler and Anna Maria Horner. After purchasing some charm packs, I have been trying my hand at making simple quilts and sewing handbags. I have a spinning wheel, and dye and spin my own yarn.

• I am an amateur photographer. I have a new Canon Xti Digital camera. I am learning about digital scrapbooking. I am constantly hanging out at flickr where I post my favorite pictures of all my crafts and some of my swaps.
• I love to garden. We live in the country, so I have herbs, flowers and vegetables in the summer. I love to plant heirloom seeds in my garden. I also have several rose bushes which are my favorites.
• We have recently discovered "letterboxing" which is sort of like hiking on a treasure hunt. If you don't know what it is, you should google it and find out. One aspect of letterboxing is making your own stamp to stamp into the books hidden in the letterbox. I could use supplies to make my own stamp or a new handmade journal to keep record of the letterboxes we find!
