I am a stay at home mother of two special needs children. My days can get pretty hectic with taking care of everyone elses needs, and crafting gives me a creative outlet to unwind and release the stress.

I don't think i am very good at crafts, I cannot sew or make stuffed dolls/animals and I am horrible at drawing. But I try my best and I figure with practice I will figure out how to improve.

Favorite Music: I generally have my Ipod going with 90's alternative (bush, pearl jam, toad the wet sprocket) while I am working on my crafts, I don't listen to the radio unless its NPR (national public radio) and I don't like the politic shows, I like the science shows or the quirky interview shows the best.

Favorite Books: I love the Stephanie Plum Series (one for the money, two for the dough, ect) I like paranormal mystery/comedy books. I need something to make me chuckle or I won't finish it honestly.

Favorite Crafts: I love pen pal letter writing and I am expermenting with Mail art.

Making hair bows for my daughter. Together we have started making them out of Duct tape, so cute.

I just learned how to knit and love it, unfortunatly i'm not very good at it... yet.

I found Zentangling because of swapbot and it is sooo relaxing, it really is yoga for the mind.

I am new to the ATC arena and I am practicing to get better. I am always looking for Ephemera to use on ATC's.

Favorite colors: Any Blue, Purple and some greens. I like the cool colors and natural colors. I especially love the color combination of Teal and Brown.
