My name is Tina Marie, I am a residential architect , and art educator for senior citizens and avid artist of all mediums. My mother is an artists and I have done art almost every day since I have been born. I am an Italian, first born of three LEO, I laugh too loud and have no indoor voice, I constantly sing and wistle and when my husband is lucky, I have full conversations in my sleep!! lol

I believe you cant mess up art and the best art is a mess! I just get in there and burn things, break things, assemble things, and just get funky with art!! I do NOT draw horses, landscapes, people, animals, etc. I am more of a funky abstract disectional artist, I gave up the whole idea of perfection in art when I left my architectural career behind!

I create art lessons for my senior citizen students that I know THEY will enjoy but I personally love steam punk art, winged people, vintage chunky ladies, diamond patterns, circus themes, I love words and numbers on my art especially old bibles and sheet music and old sewing patterns! Game pieces, such as vintage wood bingo chips with numbers on them are my favorite!!

I love very personal and taboo themes in art;ie sexuality, hardship, isolation, AGEING, illness, abuse, mostly in a situation where I am helping people heal from this. NO KIDS THEMES, I LOVE kids but not in my art.

I love my 350 grandma art students and if I had time, I would make a group of art with cute funky and strange little old ladies!! Do you have any old lady, cool funny arty things with photos of grandmas?

My mediums of voice are multi media collage and I have literally soooo many art materials I would like to trade! I have alot of miscelaneous materials but i would like to concentrate on recieving a few specific things for trades....I am doing a calendar project where I make calendars from small decorated match boxes, where each box of matches is one DAY of the calendar. Each box has a number and a 3D piece of ephemera on it. If you can send me any small, funky, wierd colorful items-a matching theme of things would be great-that will fit on the front of a matchbox that would be AWSOME!!!! I can send you a photo example if you would like more info!

Please do NOT send fabric, as my husband will KILL me, but please let ME know if YOU want to swap for or buy any fabric as I have a HOUSE LOAD of all types of NEW fabric and I will sell it to you for CHEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAPPPPPP!!

I also do NOT need: Oil pints, rubber stamps, any knitting needles, sewing, crochet, plastic canvas, colored pencils, tempera paints, white glue, foam, stickers unless they are super cool themes above, no sketchbooks, no normal scrapbooking papers, no glitter, no big beads from those kids crafts, no kids art stuff, no sheet music, old books, old sewing patterns, etc.

I would LOVE: -Wax for encaustic, -3" long heavier needles for hand stitching on fabrics -Felting needles for my folks as they are so expensive and I cannot afford them but my seniors would LOVE felting! -Canvas boards, or small canvases, -Plexiglass & Ink rollers for print making -Small objects or resins for bottle cap jewlery -Funky jewlery pieces for cool necklaces -Vintage photos -any cool cricut cartriges-I can trade too! -Fancy fibers? -Heat guns -Magnets or Velcro -LOTS of Copic markers, I do not even have ONE! -Any Golden mediums or paint -Cool vintage old funky thingies, surprise me!

******Did I say I LOVE circus themes, wierd grandmas, winged people, people in wierd abstract shapes, off the wall magnets with older ladies saying funny things*********

I wish I were not a newbie so I could participate in some of these great swaps!! Help me get some great ratings so I can start sending you all some cool stuff!! My husband will love that I am clearing out my 700 sq. ft. art storage area before winter hits!
