We all know that sometimes objects are lost in the mail, and other times other important things happen, and it's fair to give an opportunity for an explanation. I'll NEVER give a bad rate to anybody without asking first what happened... and only if I don't get an answer... then I'll rate!! And that's FAIR!!

First of all I really want to apologize because I flake some swaps last year. I know that it was wrong, but some really bad stuff hapenned in my life. For exemple, my husband, who is a truck driver, had a big truck accident im May 2010, where he almost die, and couldn’t work for some time. Now I came here because I want to redeem myself, start over again, send the items that I should have sent and with that get new rates. I’m really sorry if I’ve desapointed you at the time, but if I were a real flaker I wouldn’t came here now. Thank you for understanding.

My name is Helena and I'm from Portugal. I'm 34 years old, I'm married and I have 2 little boys with 9 and 5 years old.

My hobbies are photography, drawing, painting, making tattoos (just learning yet) and reading. I've also started to practice kitesurfing and bodyboard ;) I love animals, I have a dog, 2 cats, 2 turtles ans some birds. The only thing I've really afraid are spiders.

I love to take long walks by the beach even in the winter. When it's cold I like to have tea or hot chocolat, I also like cappuccinos, a lot... Talking about chocolats, I think I'm addicted to those.

I'm at my second year at the university. I'm studying Visual Arts, I'm a bit nervous about this new adventure!!

I love to read, and I haven't any favorit subject. I like fantasy books, policial, romances and real stories.

I have preference for some authors, Tolkien, Paolini, Stephen King, Dan Brown... and I don't remember anyone else at special.

I like to watch some series: Grey's Anatomy, Dr. House, CSI, Despered Housewives... and when I was younger I used to watch the X-Files.

I love scientific fiction, comic movies, some real stories and romances too.

I like to sew, trying new things, drawing, painting and as I said before, making tattoos. I like almost everything that includes a little bit of art and imagination.

I love almost everything!! But I maybe have some preferences!

• I like all kind of postcards, but not handmade please.
• I'd like to receive some scrapbooking items because I don't find scrapbook materials where I live.
• I use to live in Africa, so I love pretty mutch everything that it's related to that continent.
• I love candys, but I'm specially addicted to chocolates ;)
• I love hot drinks, teas, hot chocolates, coffees...
• I love animals, specially cats; I'm thinking to start a cat collection of any kind: statues, frames, little cats, anything.
• I like fantasy themed stuff, with unicorns, fairys, dragons, etc...
• I love candles, scented candles, incense of any kind, and candle holders.
• I like magnets to put on the fridge, can be with something from your country.
• I love surprises, so I don't mind if you send me something that you'd like to receive yourself, so don't be afraid because even if I don't love it, I'll certainly like it anyway, I'll give a good rating!

I prefer store bought PC, but I accept handmade if it's a swap requirement or the swap coordinator allow them.

I like every kind of postcards: with sight-views, citys, landscapes, with people, with animals, with art, old photos, vintage, any kind :)

Note: I like to receive my postcards naked and stamped, not in an envelope... only if you don't have another way of sending it or if it's a swap requirement, I will accept it!!
