Haven't swapped in a while, but I still check in now and then.

Just a disclaimer...some mail is still taking 2 to 3 weeks to get to me, so if you sent something and haven’t heard from me please give it a little more time!

Stuff About Me

I turned 43 in February.
For the last 19 years, I've been married to Dave. He's an engineer and is into all things aviation.

I'm an enneagram 5 and an INFJ.

I'm totally a cat person. These days I spend my cat time with two "formerly feral" kitties, Joey (my girl cat) and Sammy (my boy cat) who have adopted us.

I'm just getting back into the habit of bullet journal and regular journaling. I've been trying out a journaling app on the iPad and so far I like it.

I'm trying out Tunisian crochet this year, with a block-a-month blanket put out by Jayda in Stitches on YouTube. I'm really enjoying this so far!

I play Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Nintendo Switch. I've also been playing Disney Dreamlight Valley and Dinkum on Steam.

The last couple years have been tough - we lost my sister-in-law Lisa to Covid in August 2020. In July 2021 we lost one of our cats unexpectedly. Then in September we lost my father-in-law to Covid too (and yes, he was fully vaccinated). It feels like a lot of loss in a short time and it took a lot out of me. I haven't done much swapping or crafting since, but I'm slowly trying to return to "normal".
